Financial Policy
Dental treatment doesn't have to be costly and unaffordable. We try to make dental treatment comfortable both clinically and financially. Please ask us how we can help you achieve your dental goals.
Our general dentistry fees are based on the current Ontario Dental Association Fee Guide. For your convenience, we have a variety of ways to assist you in covering services rendered. We accept Cash, cheques, Bank Debit and all major credit cards. For larger treatment plans, please feel free to discuss arrangements with our office manager.
If you have dental insurance, we are able to accept third party payment (assignment of benefits) directly from your insurance carrier. If there are deductibles and small differences that are not covered by your benefit plan, they are payable at the time of your appointment. As well, we are only able to offer this service if you provide us with all the benefit information we require to submit directly to your insurance company and confirm that they are willing to assign benefits directly to our office.
As highly trained health care professionals, our goal is to provide dentistry that eliminates disease and contributes to your overall systemic health. As a result, we will present a treatment plan that treats you and your family based on their needs and not on what your insurance plan is willing to cover. We always remember to present options and ways of completing our goals while working to maximize the use of your health care plan while recognizing it's strengths and limitations.
